More importantly, we stand by our guarantee, making us the nation’s strongest bird guarantee. The promise is clear: We guarantee that the bird we are selling you is in excellent health. Within five days, you must visit an avian veterinarian and pay for any necessary testing on your bird in order to verify that guarantee. We can direct you to the tests we recommend. We will cover all medications and treatments for the bird if the results aren’t perfect but it can be easily treated. We have the option of replacing your bird or giving you a full refund of the purchase price if the results are unacceptable.
Bird Guarantee only lasts for the first five days
We can only guarantee the bird for the first five days because we have complete control over the bird’s environment at our store but no control over it after it leaves. We guarantee that the bird has been properly socialized and is in perfect health when it leaves the store. Your new pet bird has had a great start at Hand Raised Macaws and Parrots, and it is now up to you to take good care of it.
